Tired of puffy eyes? Do Away with Under Eye Bags!

Are you tired of looking tired? Allow me to introduce to you some quick pick-me-up tips and tools to wake up those tired eyes.

Whether your under-eye area needs a little extra love due to exhaustion or dehydration, or you are just looking for self-care relaxation, consider incorporating a jade roller and eye masks into your skin care routine.

Fluid, or "Lymph Fluid", can pool in your lower eye area while you sleep, making the eyelids look puffy and creating under-eye "bags." Lymphatic drainage is the process of helping "drain" lymph fluid, which can help awaken the skin and get rid of puffiness. A great way to stimulate Lymphatic Drainage and minimize puffiness under the eye is by using one of my favorite tools, a Jade Roller.

The purpose of a Jade Roller is to gently massage your skin with the naturally cooling stone. The gentle pressure helps to stimulate circulation. Through consistent use, a Jade Roller can improve the skin's appearance and glow. One of the benefits I find appealing of the Jade Roller is that it can help you achieve brighter skin and calm puffiness and inflammation.

Another great self-care tool I love to include in my self-care routine are Eye Masks. Eye Masks are a great way to hydrate and nourish your skin and can help with the appearance of dark circles and fine lines and wrinkles, in addition to helping you look more well-rested.

3. Pull out that Jade Roller.

Once in place, gently massage a jade roller over the eye masks. This is also a great time saver if you want all the amazing benefits of both the Eye Mask and the Jade Roller at the same time.
